My passion for training others and creating effective learning experiences led me to complete the Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and Technologies at Arizona State University. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed training coworkers and interns, as well as developing and assessing both employee-facing and customer-facing training courses. I also enjoy working with technology to improve and streamline workplace tasks. I'm not afraid to explore new tools, even when I don't fully understand them at first. Coworkers often turn to me with technology-related questions because they know I'll find a solution.

Today, I apply learning design knowledge and skills in my current role by creating eLearning courses. I'm grateful for the opportunity to combine instructional design with my ongoing work and I look forward to continuing to develop engaging and effective learning experiences.
